Project #1: Nonprofit Program Registration System

This organization was managing program registrations manually. Tracking participants through google forms, and disconnected spreadsheets that were hard to maintain and harder to report from.

We built a centralized system with custom intake forms, a structured database, and organized views that made it easy to see who registered, track program attendance, and pull reporting data without digging through files. The result was a cleaner, faster process that saved staff time and gave leadership a much clearer picture of program activity.

Project #2: Small Business Lead Tracker

This small business was tracking leads through a mix of text messages, email threads, and informal notes with no central place to manage follow-ups or see where each prospect stood in the process. Potential clients were slipping through the cracks and there was no clear picture of what was working or where new business was coming from.

We built a structured database with organized contact records, lead source tracking, and a clear status pipeline from first contact through sale. Follow-up dates and notes kept every lead actionable, and filtered views made it easy to see exactly where to focus at any given time.
