About the Founder
Hi, I'm Matt, the founder of Trellis. I have a background in data analytics, and nonprofit support and I started Trellis because I kept seeing the same problem. Small organizations were doing meaningful work but struggling with the basic tools they needed to stay organized and make good decisions.
I built Trellis to give those organizations something practical, not complicated software, not vague consulting advice, but real systems built around the way they actually work. Every project we take on is hands-on, personal, and focused on building something your team can actually use.
Why Trellis?
A trellis is a simple structure that gives growing plants the support they need to reach their potential. We chose the name because it reflects exactly what we do. We give your organization the structure it needs to operate more clearly, move more efficiently, and build on what's already working.
Why small businesses and nonprofits?
Large agencies and enterprise software aren't built for small teams. The tools are too expensive, the processes are too complex, and the support disappears after the contract ends. Trellis works exclusively with small businesses and nonprofits because that's where practical, affordable systems help makes the biggest difference.
